The Rangers dropped a tough game against the Oakland A’s last night in extras. Don’t get discouraged though, the Rangers are a only a win away from the post season. Scott Feldman was sent to the mound to start in place of the last minute scratch, Yu Darvish, due to a stiff neck. Darvish should be fine for his next

The Rangers picked up a huge series win over the LA Angels. Taking 2 of 3 in LA gives the Rangers the chance to clinch a post season birth this weekend in Seattle. They would need help but if the Rangers sweep and the Angels lose 2, Texas is in. Though they keep winning, the Rangers have injury issues to

The Rangers capped of a series win today over the Red Sox led by Josh Hamilton's 3 hits including a homer and a triple. Yesterday, Ryan Dempster picked up his first win as a Ranger over Jon Lester and in impressive fashion. Meanwhile, the two threats to the Rangers third consecutive AL West crown, the A's and Angels, have been beating each other up the past 3 days.

Hockey season is still a ways away, but the biggest moves in free agency have already been signed and done. While changes will be made during the season I don't see the real contenders changes much from right now

Go back to Tuesday night - the Rangers have dropped their 2nd game in a row to the Angels and their lead is cut to 3 games. The Angels seemed to have got the better guy in Zack Greinke while the Rangers had to settle for Ryan Dempster. Panic sure did seem like it was on the horizon for the Rangers and their fans
